Data processing company Spectrum announced it has completed 13,650km of seismic acquisition at Brazil's Santos and Campos offshore basins.
The results, obtained in partnership with Dolphin Geophysical, include the pre-salt BM-C-33 block operated by Repsol-Sinopec Brasil, Spectrum said in a first half results presentation.
The company said it was now conducting 10 active multi-client data processing projects which would "add value" to the data.
Spectrum has also completed the first phase of its Northern Equatorial Margin campaign with 13,200km of data collected, including the P?cem well discovery in the Cear? basin.
The second phase of its Amazonas survey is 85% complete with 15,000km already appraised.
The UK-based company reported a first half profit of US$8.1mn after posting a US$1mn loss during the same period in 2011.
Second quarter operating revenue hit US$24.6bn, up from US$9.22bn in the corresponding period last year.
